Tentmakers Encouraging Aboriginal Ministry
Paul the apostle, the great preacher, evangelist and church builder,
was also one who contributed to his own support through working at his tentmaking craft:
“These hands have provided for my necessities.” Acts 20:34
Do you have skills in the health field, trades, IT, education, or…? The list is endless and the needs are enormous. We have a unique opportunity in Australia to use our professional skills, support ourselves financially, and model Christian living in cross-cultural communities. What a privilege!
Christians can take up well-funded and resourced positions in government and private sector employment throughout Australia, using their particular training and skills. This is coupled with a unique opportunity for much needed ministry, witness, fellowship and encouragement amongst Aboriginal communities.
